Flagstaff Mountain Graduate Student Checklist

To obtain access to LOUIE (on-line registration, update your local/permanent address, and to access other student information), log onto nau.edu/louie.

Work with your department to complete any application/admissions processes still pending.

Campus Health Services must have your proof of measles (rubella) immunization before you can register if you were born after December 31, 1956. (Flagstaff Mountain Students Only) Website: nau.edu/fronske

Obtain your NAU ID Card (JacksCard) at the University Union (Bldg. # 30) room 115. There is a $25 fee.

Meet with your academic advisor. You can register for classes on-line via LOUIE. If you need assistance, complete the Enrollment Add/Drop form. Website: nau.edu/Registrar/Forms/

Be prepared to pay your tuition and fees at the time you register. Tuition and fees may be paid online through LOUIE or at Student and Departmental Account Services in Gammage (Bldg. # 1). Tuition not paid by the due date will be placed on Automatic Tuition Payment Plan and will incur a $125 non-refundable service fee.

If you have been awarded a tuition waiver/assistantship, you can view your award from your LOUIE Student Center under “View Financial Aid.” If you still have questions, check with Dana.Middlebrook@nau.edu in the Graduate College, or call 523-4349. (Flagstaff Mountain Students Only)
