Cereal Box Project - Mr. Moriarty's Class

Cereal Box History Project

Directions: You will be researching a historical character that lived during the late 20th and early 21st century. All of the wonderful knowledge that you will learn about this person will be displayed on a colorful cereal box that you will create. Once you are done with your project you will have a chance to share and display your cereal box for other students to admire and learn about your character. Read and follow the steps below to create your Cereal Box Project. A grading rubric is listed at the bottom. Please familiarize yourself with it to obtain the best grade possible.

• Typed, single space

• 2-chuck paragraphs (2 concrete details; 1 commentary) (2 CD;1 CM)

• Font size may vary depending on size of space on cereal box

• At least one picture must also be of your character (you may have more though).

• Your “cereal” picture may be of a bowl with cereal or spoon of cereal, etc.
