16. DESCRIPTION OF IT SERVICES AND PRICING - Services, Labor Categories and Pricing - SIN 132-51

Service rates are for contractor sites and/or government sites.

Labor Category: Project Manager Rate: $65.00/hr

Minimum/General Experience: One to three years of formal and/or on-the-job training specifically dealing with all types of installation & construction. Requires competence in all phases of connectivity terminology and technology. Must have the ability and knowledge to supervise all aspects of the project from start to invoicing. Must be able to interface with all customers to ensure a timely and quality product. Ability to plan, organize and manage projects of any magnitude and be detailed oriented.

Functional Responsibility: Develop project proposals for small to large-sized projects. Be able to communicate the Scope of Work to appropriate levels and ensure strict adherence to both customer and company requirements. Compare accepted proposal available resources and develop a project plan. Manage the project toward the stated goal. Utilize company reports to monitor all projects for maximum profitability to the organization. Develop project documentation & billing information. Investigate customer grievances/complaints, and enforce company standards.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in project management.

Labor Category: Site Manager Rate: $65.00/hr

Minimum/General Experience: Three to five years of formal and/or on-the-job training specifically dealing with all installation, construction, maintenance and repair. Requires competence in all phases of wiring connectivity technology and design & engineering. Must hold knowledge of all types of construction materials, equipment and appropriate guidelines for safety applications.

Functional Responsibility: Job functions to include the supervision of all technicians under his direct control and those working on projects which are being directed by him. Responsible for all checks and balances of weekly timesheets to ensure proper job by job reporting of time to the appropriate jobs and to ensure accuracey of the time being reported. Must provide direct and indirect guidance in order to ensure the highest degree of quality and the optimum level of profit potential. Provides adequate and timely feedback on technician job performance and administers discipline as required. Work directly with commercial & government customers to ensure quality product & service.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in structured cabling and/or camera security systems and access control systems.

Labor Category: Design Engineer Rate: $65.00/hr

Minimum/General Experience: Three to five years of formal and/or on-the-job training specifically dealing with all OSP and ISP installation, construction, maintenance and repair and/or camera security systems and access control systems. Requires competence in all phases of technology and design & engineering. Must hold knowledge of all types of construction materials, equipment and appropriate guidelines for safety applications

Functional Responsibility: Responsible for providing all documentation regarding the engineering of all projects associated with the division. Perform field visits as necessary to determine required material, manpower, and timeframes in order to adequately estimate and quote the project in order to meet predetermined budgetary requirements. Be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in written format exact details required to successfully complete each project.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in structured cabling, camera security systems, or access control systems.

Labor Category: Senior Technician Rate: $50.00/hr

Minimum/General Experience: Technical Education, training, or related experience to perform well defined structured technical tasks with or without direction and guidance. Must have the ability to plan, organize, and lead work groups on assigned projects. Experience installation with good working knowledge of job drawings, sketches, prints, and other project documentation. Preferred experience with direct customer contact. Good interpersonal skills.

Functional Responsibility: Install OSP, ISP, camera security systems, or access control systems, as outlined on job drawings, prints, material list, and/or Scope of Work on assigned projects as directed by the Construction Supervisor. Look for potential roadblocks or hazards that may hinder productivity or planning of the project and develop back-up plans, when required. If possible, meet with the customer before starting work to review the project. Maintain daily job logs, test records, inspection reports and other quality documents required by the specific project assigned. Work with employees on mobilization to the project, to consider daily wok schedules. Review material requirements and shipping schedules. Maintain project schedules, productivity, and quality standards on all assigned projects. Ensure personal time sheets, vouchers, advance request, and other administrative documents are processed as required. Promote an atmosphere on each project of teamwork and quality services to our customers. Maintain safety and security standards at all times on assigned projects. Respond to any customer concern or questions or direct them to the Construction Supervisor for an appropriate response.

Minimum Education: Three to five years of technical education, training, or related experience to perform installation of OSP or ISP structured cabling, camera security systems, or access control systems.

Labor Category: Junior Technician Rate: $44.00/hr

Minimum/General Experience: One to three years of technical education, training, or related experience to perform installation of OSP or ISP structured cabling, camera security systems, or access control systems.

Functional Responsibility: Install structured cabling and/or systems as outlined on job drawings, prints, material list, and/or Scope of Work on assigned projects, as directed by the Lead Technician or constructing Supervisor. Ensure personal times sheets, vouchers, advance request, and other administrative documents are processed as required. Promote an atmosphere on each project of teamwork and quality services to our customer. Maintain safety and security standards at all times on assigned projects. Respond to any customer concern or questions or direct them to the Lead Technician or Construction Supervisor for an appropriate response.

Minimum Education: Technical education, training, or related experience to perform well defined structured technical tasks under direction and guidance. Must have the ability to follow instructions and have a working knowledge of job drawings, sketches, prints, and other project documentation.

Labor Category: Computer Aided Designer Rate: $45.00/hr

Minimum/General Experience: One to two years of CAD/drafting experience.

Functional Responsibility: Convert design and/or engineering data into working drawings, “as-builts” or record drawings. Ensure quality of information on drawings.

Minimum Education: Associate Degree or 1 to 2 years experience.
