Traditional Medicinal has learned that one ingredient of this lot of product was tested positive for Salmonella by its supplier. Even though this lot of finished product was tested negative for Salmonella, as a precaution, Traditional Medicinals has decided to recall this lot of product. Please be advised that this is a Class II volunteer recall by the manufacturer. No illnesses have been reported to date.

According to our records, your facility may have received the product that is impacted by this recall. What we are asking you to do:

1. PLEASE IMMEDIATELY STOP ALL SALE OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE LOT NUMBER. Please remove the product from store shelves and set it aside.

2. Please review and complete the attached Product Recall Return Coupon, even if you do not have any product remaining no later than May 2nd, 2018. If you do not have product remaining, please fax the completed form to 519-853-4660 or 1-800-930-9512, or scan and e-mail it to CREDITS@.

3. If you have affected product remaining, please follow the steps: ? Deface the product by using a marker ? Take a picture of all the defaced products and send it to CREDITS@ together with your return coupon no later than May 2nd, 2018 ? Destroy the product in a proper manner
