5.0 PADDOCK INFORMATION Staging / Load In Time

Load-out Paddock Regulations

Noise Cleanliness Motorhomes Security Manufacturer Flags

Transporters may not stage at WGI before Tuesday 8/26/19 at 6:00PM. Early arrival staging is in Lot #3. Transporters are not to go to the paddock until instructed by an SRO Official. Paddock parking begins Wednesday at 1:00PM. No personal vehicles in the paddock ? illegally parked vehicles will be towed and fines may be imposed. Traffic and fire lanes must remain clear.

Teams must vacate the paddock no later than Sunday 9/1/19 at 8PM.

No staking of any type allowed in the asphalt No firearms, weapons, or fireworks No signs or banners which could impair spectator vision or safety No scaffolding, ladders, or other structures No skates, skateboards, rollerblades, hover boards, bicycles, drones or Segways

No race engines may be run between the hours of 11:00PM ? 7:00AM.

It is the responsibility of each competitor and team to keep their paddock free of debris at all times. All teams are expected to present the best possible image to both the fans and to our host promoter.

Motorhome camping is restricted to self-contained motorhomes with running water and holding tanks. More details at:
