Clark v. Virginia Board of Bar Examiners

Ms. Clark's lawsuit seeks a declaration that the Board violated title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213 (Supp. II 1990) by asking question 20(b).
