Single Sign On (SSO)
1. You will receive an email from Security@ with username, temporary password, and the next steps for registering your account.
2. Click the hyperlink in the email to be connected with the log-in page.
3. Enter the username and temporary password provided within the email. 4. Follow the prompts to change your password.
5. Select the line of communication through which you would prefer to receive the authorization code.
5a. If you selected email, visit your email inbox to retrieve the code.
5b. If you selected text message, check your phone's text messages to retrieve the code.
6. Welcome to your SSO dashboard! Please note that the applications that you see are the applications you have access to. Therefore, everyone's dashboard will look slightly different.
How Do I Get Help If I Need It The department of education's EIS help desk is available to support educators having difficulty with SSO. The EIS help desk can be reached at (615) 532-6215 or via email EIS.Help@. District staff should also reach out to their local district IT support team for immediate assistance and troubleshooting.
