MONDAY ZUMBA
This class combines high-energy and motivating music that will add spice and flare to your workouts and help shake your cha-cha. This Latin-based class is fun and easy to do.
FIT 25
Melissa Carter will get your blood pumping and muscles sculpted in just 30 minutes. This class meets upstairs in the FLC Craft Room and anyone is more than welcome to attend, but this is an advanced aerobics class.
TUESDAY TONE-N-TIGHTEN
A strength training class which utilizes various types of equipment to develop every major muscle group while adding a little ‘spike’ of cardio intensity in an efficiently paced workout.

This class combines high-energy and motivating music that will add spice and flare to your workouts and help shake your cha-cha. This Latin-based class is fun and easy to do.
THURSDAY 5:30 – 6:00 pm FIT 25
**NEW 30 MINUTE CLASS** Our new class is based on the popular 30 minute intense workout as seen on TV. Our new instructor, Melissa Carter, will get your blood pumping and muscles sculpted in just 30 minutes. This class meets upstairs in the Kids Place and anyone is more than welcome to attend but this is an advanced aerobics class.
THURSDAY 6:00 –6:30 pm PILATES
**NEW 30 MINUTE CLASS** This is a 30 minute no impact conditioning class that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance throughout the whole body. Its emphasis is on the spinal and pelvic alignment that will develop a strong core as well as improving coordination and balance. This class meets upstairs in the Kids Place.
MONDAY MUSCLE PUMP
This class builds muscle strength, endurance and power. Get stronger, build bone density, as well as tone and define your body. This is a resistance training program that rotates through endurance, strength, and power cycles.

WEDNESDAY CIRCUIT TRAINING
This toning and cardio class will keep you constantly moving from one station to the next either as a group or individually. You won’t have time to get bored here!
PILATES
This class begins at 10:15 am right after the Circuit Training Class. This is a 30 minute no impact conditioning class that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance throughout the whole body. It’s emphasis is on the spinal and pelvic alignment that will develop a strong core as well as improving coordination and balance. This class meets upstairs in M-206.
