RESPONSIBILITIES

Our client is seeking hardworking and personable Corporate Account Executives who are passionate about selling and closing deals. Account Executives sell the online services to C-level executives and senior human resource professionals through a consultative selling technique.  This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who excel in a high-energy, positive team environment and expect to earn in six figures; this is a unique opportunity with unlimited earning potential.

The initial success factors for this position include the following:

• First 30 days: Gain a thorough understanding of our products and sales processes and develop an initial sales prospecting plan in conjunction with the Director of Sales and Client Services;

• First 90 days and beyond: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas each quarter.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Corporate Account Executive is responsible for full-cycle selling of a solution sold on a subscription SaaS model.

• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.

• Do lead generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow-up.

• Assess and gather information on customer needs and requirements.

• Perform on-line demonstrations of all products, presenting and articulating advanced product features and benefits to potential clients.

• Sell and differentiate products in a competitive environment.

• Close sales and meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum two years experience in a sales job with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.

• Experience successfully prospecting into and closing business with Fortune 1000 companies.

• Senior level executive client presence and experience working with C-level executives, board members and human resources senior executives.

• BS/BA degree from an accredited university with a degree in engineering, mathematics, economics or business/finance or other major with quantitative coursework.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical aptitude.

• Ability to work well both independently and as an integral member of our Sales and Client Services team.

• Commitment to the highest degree of ethics and integrity in all of your internal and external relationships.

• Desire to “go the extra mile” for your clients and prospects.

• Desire to work in a fun, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
