Informed Consent Statement
Study on Responses to Film and Television Images
Thank you for taking the time to participate in this study. A team of faculty and students in the School of Communication is studying ways in which people respond to various types of media content. Attached you will find a questionnaire that will ask you about some of your communication and media-related behaviors, attitudes, and social habits.
Please answer all questions to the best of your ability. You are not being judged in any way by your answers; and as this survey is confidential (indeed, your name will not be attached to the questionnaire), please be as truthful and honest as possible. Your participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time. There is no consequence for not participating.
