The Crackle Collection by Kohler WasteLABTM

An innovative tile series that employs Kohler's recycled dry cull as its medium, transforming the waste into a responsive tile body. This bespoke collection was one of the initatives spun from Kohler's Innovation for Good program. After the clay is pressed, WasteLABTM artisans hand-cut each tile, remove excess clay and apply an interactive glaze. The result is a delicate crackle that is carried across the tile face when fired, producing a chic palette that resonates in deep, rich color.

RECOMMENDED USE ? Suitable for all indoor dry wall applications ? Not suitable for shower walls

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE ? Install per TCNA Handbook for ceramic tile ? Always inspect material prior to installation - installed

material cannot be accepted for return or credit ? Always lay out material prior to installation to properly

Proven?al

Inspired by the evocative, sun-splashed shades of the Mediterranean, our new ceramic collection, Proven?al, joins the MADE by ANN SACKSTM series of tiles handcrafted by the artisans in our Portland, OR Factory. In true Proven?al style, these designs reflect the region's classic simplicity of form and bold color palette.

RECOMMENDED USE ? Suitable for all residential interior vertical applications. Not

suitable for exterior use ? Light use, residential indoor flooring, preferably powder

rooms and baths (gloss glaze may scratch in high traffic areas or where grit from shoes is prevalent) ? Suitable for use on shower walls (except M?tallique). Not suitable for submerged applications

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE ? Please reference the TCNA handbook for installation

of ceramic tile ? We recommend sealing with a penetrating sealer

before and after grouting, especially when used in wet areas ? Use only non-abrasive, non-acidic cleaners to avoid etching or scratching, and test on a small corner of tile to avoid damaging glaze ? Always inspect material prior to installation - installed material cannot be accepted for return or credit ? This collection is intended to look organic and will have variation in shade as well as imperfections which are intentional and add to the character of the design ? Order sufficient quantities, especially of the whites, to complete project as variation between glaze lots is expected. Blend tile from various boxes to blend any variation ? In wet areas, especially where water pools, a temporary dark area may appear due to water saturation under the glaze. The tile is not defective; however moisture may have gotten under the tile surface. Installer must provide proper drainage. Sealing tile and grout may give added protection
