1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 GEOGRAPHIC SETTING

The proposed Top Golf project will be developed on land consisting of two vacant parcels totaling approximately 15.8-acres in the City of Ontario. The project is located on the southeast corner of N. Archibald Avenue and 4th Street and north of Deer Creek Channel. The Dear Creek Channel is flowing along the south boundary of the project.

1.2 PURPOSE OF THIS REPORT

The purpose of this report is to determine the storm water runoff generated from a 100-year storm event due to the proposed development and to determine if there is any significant impact on existing storm drain system that received the runoff from the development. The 100year storm runoff will also be used to size all the proposed on-site drainage pipes and structures.
