Dear Tom,

Further to your meeting with Luke in regards to the development of a new website, please find our quotation below.

From your specifications you would like a theme created to work with your Shopify account. The theme is to be hosted on your domain under your control. The website development will include:-

• Bing / Google website verification

• XML sitemap

• W3C HTML5 / CSS3.0 compliant coding

• Comply with minimum UK Accessibility requirements

• Feature a responsive design allowing it to be viewed on tablet and mobile devices

• Links to social network profiles that you have set up

• About, Contact details, interactive map and online enquiry form.

• jQuery animations / slideshow featured on the home page

• Google Analytics installed to record visitor data

• 28 days grace period for minor updates or changes after the website has launched.

• Multi-browser tested to ensure that the website functions the same on most modern browsers.

• Shop functionality ( we will add one product to up to 10 categories )

• Shop features will include featured and top selling products and search function

• Logo Design

• All pages will include basic on site search engine opimisation

We are free to start work on Monday 16th February and put a total price of this website at £1490. Our payment terms are 50% non-refundable down payment required before work is commenced and 50% at launch status.

Additional product pages will be charged at £35 per page.

During the build process you will be able to view the website under construction on a private testing area and Luke and I will fully available via email and telephone, to answer any questions or queries you may have.

I estimate the work to take approximately 6-7 weeks; this said we are flexible and understand that you are a busy person so if the project over-runs there will be no additional charge.
