Each student in the audience will be responsible for the following:

If you are absent on the day of your presentation, you will receive a ZERO (0). If there is a scheduled absence due to field trip, doctor’s appointment, etc… you must communicate with your teacher at least three days in advance of your presentation.

Grading:

All presentations will be graded using the 100 point rubric (see back). If it is a partner presentation, each member will be graded separately (teacher will speak with those students individually).

All students in the audience will receive a weekly grade for their notes and assessments.

Presentations:

Textbooks and online resources will be provided to assist the students with their research.

There will be five (5) class periods spent in the computer lab. Any additional time needed on the computer must be during your lunch period and before and after school.

You will not be signed out of any other class, nor will you be allowed to cut Psychology to work on your project.

Activities can be any type of class exercise that addresses an important concept. This includes, but isn’t limited to, videos, surveys, questionnaires, role playing, demonstrations, and document analysis.

The teacher is happy to make the necessary copies for any presentation (activity) but all copy requests must be made at least three (3) school days in advance.
