Now, therefore, Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:That the members of the South Carolina General Assembly, by this resolution, recognize York County as a vital part of the Palmetto State and declare February 23, 2016, “York County Day” in South Carolina.Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to each of the four chambers of commerce in York County.XX ................
