Conduct variety of administrative tasks in support of vocational rehabilitation services for people with disabilities entering the workforce. From 2003 to 2006, provided the administrative support for a grant project funded by the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA). Our office was staffed by a program manager, employment specialist, clinical social worker, nurse practitioner, and child psychiatrist. The responsibilities were varied and include helping our program manager and team when year-end reports fell due. When support was required on special projects such as to develop brochures or PowerPoint presentations, I was also depended upon for technical support.

- Performed administrative tasks required of World University Service-sponsored projects in the Asia-Pacific Region, including the disbursement of project funds, making travel arrangements for staff, and acting as administrative liaison with the WUS regional office in Sri Lanka.

- Assisted an Associate Secretary in assessing how feasible it would be to raise funds for development projects in the Asia/Pacific Region. This included clerical support with respect to the evaluation of primary health care projects, farming and animal husbandry, and small-business administration.
