Closing Costs:

Transfer and recordation taxes to be paid by the Buyer. All real estate taxes to be prorated at settlement.

Commission:

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC ("Broker") has been retained by Seller. Seller shall pay Broker a commission of 2.5% of the sale price and Buyer shall pay Broker a commission of 2.5% of the sale price at Closing.
