Cruise-In at The Old Store

There's a Cruise-In every third Thursday of the month at The Old Store in Lilesville, from 5 to 8 p.m. Bring your cars, trucks and motorcycles and show them off! All cruise in participants will receive 10% off any menu item plus enjoy great fellowship and lots of fun. There will be free door prizes and a 50/50 drawing to benefit Feed My Lambs food and clothing ministry of Wadesboro.

Veterans Asked to Attend Meeting January 15

Anson County Veteran Services is holding a meeting for all veterans and spouses on Tuesday, January 15 at the Hampton B. Allen Library, from 6 until 8 p.m. Ted Ward, Anson County Service Officer, encourages all veterans and their spouses in Anson County to attend. This will be very informative and enlightening to all present.
