Mustard Sauce for Corned Beef & Cabbage on St. Patty’s Day!

This mimics the traditional, Irish recipe using ingredients that we can find in grocery stores around here.

Mix together well:

1 part Guldan’s or other brand spicy brown mustard

1 part Grey Poupon or other brand Dijon mustard

1 part butter, softened to room temperature

1 part mayonnaise

For 8 servings, a “part” equals ¼ cup. For four servings, a “part” equals 4 tablespoons.
