“Vital Qi” at The Peninsula Spa

Chinese massage and Chinese foot reflexology are ancient forms of preventative healthcare that have been practiced in China for thousands of years. The Peninsula Spa is offering a new experience this festive season, “Vital Qi”, for the price of HK$ 2,200 per person, which combines the benefits of both of these treatments, giving guests the most authentic Chinese spa experience.

Traditional Chinese therapies are fused to balance energy, known as Qi in Chinese culture. A deep pressure point massage is applied to meridians or channels, commonly known as Jing Lao, located all over the body and feet, to assist in the movement of stagnant Qi and help increase the health of the body and mind.
