The Wheeler Clinic Training Coordinator, Laura Minor, manages a supplemental Training Calendar for CSSD staff and our network of Contracted Providers.

The attached Instruction Guide will provide assistance for CSSD staff on:

• How to create an account on line

• How to register for Course Offerings

To “CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT” on the Wheeler Clinic Website

1. At the Training Academy Website, in the left hand column, select the quick link “Wheeler Clinic Registration”.

2. This is the CSSD website home page hosted by the Wheeler Clinic and where you begin each time you want to register for a class.

YOU MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT (one time) before you can register for

any course offerings. Next,

4. Select “Login”

5. Select “CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT”

6. Complete this registration form and select “create”

• You have successfully created an account and may now begin to register for classes.

This screen will appear with “Your Account” information.

The following procedures will guide you through a course registration:

HOW TO VIEW CALENDAR and REGISTER FOR COURSE(S)

NOTE: All CSSD staff must have prior approval from their Supervisor before registering for a course (s).

1. Select “Login”

2. Enter login data – Enter your Judicial Branch e-mail address and your 6 digit employee ID (password). Select “LOGIN”

5. View course offerings by clicking any of these links. For example, “Courses By Date”.

• Select “Courses By Date”

• For example, “Courses By Date”

• OR “Courses By Target Group”

• For example, pre-view course offerings for Adult Probation Services

4. Register for a course:

• You select this specific “Class Title”

• This screen gives you the option to view specific information about the course, for example:

1. Course description

2. Instructor information

3. # of seats remaining in this class (seat availability counts down)

4. Directions (printable) to site

5. Select “ADD CLASS” to add to Your Registration Basket

6. Below are some of the options available in your registration basket. For example:

1. Add more courses;

2. Delete this course; or

3. Checkout, with this course only (to continue your registration process)

7. You selected “CHECKOUT” to finalize your registration for this course, select “COMPLETE”

8. Screen confirming your course registration with detailed information.

• Click on the hyperlinks to print your order and to review and print directions.

NOTE:

When you complete your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, for example:

9. Each time you log into this system “Your Course Selection History” page will be displayed.

Each course (s) registered for and cancelled appear in the history. This screen displays a history and current status. In this case a student signed up, however, subsequently contacted Wheeler to cancel their intention to attend.

HOW TO CANCEL A COURSE

Course Cancellations (confirmed student needs to cancel):

1. If you need to cancel your registration you must:

• Notify your supervisor

• Call the Wheeler Clinic as soon as possible

or

• Notify Wheeler Clinic by email through the “Contact Us” button on any web page

or

• or by emailing, Laura Minor at Lminor@ so that you can be removed from the course roster.

You are NOT able to cancel the registration on your own. The website’s home page that displays when you log in provides the necessary information to cancel.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION NOTE:

Below is an example of an e-mail confirmation of student’s cancellation request. You will receive the e-mail once the Wheeler Clinic staff has processed your cancellation request.

• As always, the CSSD Training Academy Weather Bulletin Board provides the most updated weather information for CSSD sponsored trainings. This protocol is available at the Academy’s website.

• In the event of weather related delays or cancellations, be sure to take the inclement weather phone # home with you the night before your training.

The class registration procedures for all classes coordinated by and from which you receive notification by the CSSD Training Academy, remain the same and are accessed at the Academy’s Website.
