By using or accessing any of VoidFlame Network's services, you are agreeing to VoidFlame Network's Terms and Conditions. If you do not or have failed to comply with any of our terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and/or the entirety of our services.

Trademarks and copyrights

Minecraft content and materials are trademarks and copyrights of Mojang AB and its licensors, all rights reserved. This site is part of the VoidFlame Network in addition to its holding company, VoidFlame LLC, and is not affiliated with Mojang AB.

Modification of the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site and other VoidFlame Network services after such modifications will constitute acknowledgement and agreement of the modified Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, before any purchase from VoidFlame Network, you will be required to explicitly confirm your agreement to all of the terms set forth herein, especially in this case, those related to the User Agreement and Refund Policy.

Registration

By registering to any VoidFlame Network services you agree to these terms and conditions - VoidFlame Network reserves the right to deny or reject any username - If you have been previously banned from all VoidFlame Network services, you will not attempt to circumvent this ban without proper consent from VoidFlame Network.

Definitions

"Server" is the virtual game network that users may connect to and interact with in a multiplayer world. VoidFlame Network has multiple servers, each of which has a set of individualized rules that users should also be familiar with. This document outlines the general agreement between the user and VoidFlame Network which applies to all of these servers. "Donor" refers to any user that has given money in support of VoidFlame Network, regardless of content or rewards received as a result.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. You may not chargeback, reverse, or refund any purchases you have made in our store. Everything we provide is a service and any chargeback after using those services for any amount of time constitutes attempted theft. Be further advised that we reserve the right to change our services, and the features that your purchases give you access to, at any time.

In certain situations, refunds may be granted, but only through direct written communication and agreement with one of the proprietors of VoidFlame Network.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to revoke your access to future play on the server, as well as blacklist your account on a wide range of other companies. Furthermore, we reserve the right to pursue any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a chargeback. Be further advised that we have no obligation to restore any access to VoidFlame Network's services following the resolution of a dispute, regardless of its outcome.

Note that prior to any purchase, you will be required to explicitly confirm your agreement with this Refund Policy as well as all of the terms set forth in this document.

User Agreement

1. We reserve the right to change, with or without notice, any rank price that has been set forth. We also reserve the right to change the contents of any specific rank. In these cases, you will not be entitled to previous rank price or rank benefits. Rest assured that no rank benefit, or any other item in the store, will be changed without a valid, server-balancing reason.

2. You agree to indemnify the staff, owners, hosts, advertisers, officers, directors, employees, partners, and all other parties related to VoidFlame Network staff or administration team. By agreeing to these terms, you agree not to present any lawsuit or other legal challenge against the server staff for any reason, whether related to a purchase or not.

3. You understand and agree that your use of this website and any services or content provided is made available and provided to you at your own risk. It is provided as-is and we disclaim all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You understand and agree that neither VoidFlame Network, nor any participant in the service provides professional advice of any kind and thus use of such advice or any other information is solely at your own risk and without our liability of any kind. Some jurisdictions may not allow disclaimers of implied warranties and the above disclaimer may not apply to you only as it relates to implied warranties.

4. You understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use data, or other intangible loss (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from (I) The use of or the inability to use the service, (II) The cost to obtain substitute goods

and/or services resulting from any transaction entered into on through the service, (III) Unauthorized access to or alternation of you data transmissions, (IV) Statements or conduct of any third party on the service, or (V) any other matter relating to the service. Note that by accepting the terms in this document, you are also waiving your right, to take any action, legal or otherwise, against anyone or anything related to the staff, management, administrators, members, owners or any hosts of this server. You furthermore acknowledge that if any part of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable in any way, any parts not found to be invalid or unenforceable will be considered fully valid and binding.

5. Any staff, owners, officers, directors, employees, partners, and all other parties related to this server's staff reserve the right, with the appropriate permissions, to forcibly make you leave the server, permanently or temporarily, with no chance of refund - however this will never be unwarranted. This will only happen in the case of extreme rule-breaking. If you obey the rules, you will never be banned, plain and simple.

6. By donating to VoidFlame Network, you are not entitled to any physical or virtual good; a donation is a donation and not a purchase. As defined a donation is the act or instance of presenting something as a gift, grant, or a contribution with no expectation of anything in return. Anything received will be as is and no warranty or guarantee it will always be available.

7. When gifting a purchase to another user, you agree that you will create alternate accounts on the website for each user, in order to ensure a clear and distinct separation between the purchases. Be advised that in these instances, the player receiving the item will be the sole owner of the rank and that you may not revoke their access to the rank or give it to someone else. Any user that purchases a rank for another also agrees not to threaten, abuse, or take advantage of their control over the recipient of the rank's rewards. This includes but is not limited to threatening to revoke a user's access to a rank or making a chargeback on the purchase.

8. All terms and conditions are in effect indefinitely as soon as the contract is accepted and will remained to be active even after you quit, are banished, removed, or if you leave the server/website in any way.

9. Disruption of Communications

Disruptive communication is anything that inhibits the clean flow of communications between users on VoidFlame Network. Disruptive communication includes but is not limited to

- Flooding or spamming: Posting an excessive number of threads or posts is disruptive to communication. Don't do it.
