2. Front-of-wave tests are not recommended on low voltage or tertiary windings that are not exposed to lightning.
3. The Insulation levels for Distribution, Class 1 and Class 2 transformers shall be selected from this table for both the high-voltage and low-voltage windings.
4. Phase to ground specified Switching impulse levels are not always possible for low voltage windings.
