Clinically significant posterior capsule opacification that is grade II and grade III was seen in both the groups. Grade II were 9 (18%) in group A and 13 (26%) in group B. Grade III PCO was seen in 2 cases of Group A and 5 (10%) in Group B. Elschnig’s Pearls type PCO was the most common type seen in our study in both the groups. ................
