Colorado Goes Paperless

Limited license big game applications will OPEN March 1st, 2018. We will get packets out

to those of you who already have 2018 hunts on the books.

The Limited license big game application DEADLINE is April 3rd, 2018. As long as we have all of your information, we will ensure your

application is submitted on time.

All resident and nonresident applications for all big game will only be accepted online; therefore, we will require a credit card

authorization for each of you applying for a Limited license.

Due to the transition to the new integrated Colorado Parks and Wildlife purchasing

system, you are required to provide us with an accurate email address.

2017: ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL YEAR

Wow! 20 great years of success, friendships, excellent staff and families, and we are still going strong here in Colorado as we continue to grow our business! 2017 went very well for us with over 200 animals harvested including elk, deer, antelope, and turkey. We have received many compliments on our new logo from both our long time clients as well as those who have recently joined our list of happy hunters.

We are continuing to acquire more hunting leases throughout Colorado and Kansas in order to offer "Quality Big Game Hunts" for high standard clients. We still have a limited amount of openings for 2018 at our five different operations in Colorado, and we are currently booking hunts through 2020. So, for those of you who are still looking for 2018 hunts, give us a call!

Elk on the Range Prior to European settlement, more than 10 million elk roamed nearly all of the United States and parts of Canada. Today, about one million elk live in the western United States, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia and North Carolina, and from Ontario west in Canada.

Cindy's Philly Cheese Elk Sandwiches

Ingredients: elk roast, Lipton Onion soup mix, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, olive oil, hoagie rolls, choice of cheese.

1. Place elk roast in a crock pot with one cup of water over the roast. 2. Sprinkle with Lipton Onion Soup Mix. 3. Cook on low approximately 6 hours. 4. Remove from crock pot, allow to cool and then shred into pieces. 5. Return the meat to the crock pot. Be sure liquid covers the shredded meat. If not, add only enough water to cover. Cook/heat until meat is hot again. 6. Slice an onion, bell pepper and mushrooms. Saut? in olive oil. 7. Place shredded meat on a hoagie type roll. Top meat with veggies and a slice of cheese. Heat in microwave until cheese is melted.

Kansas Grows!

Our expansion into Unit #14 in Geary County, Kansas in 2017 proved to be a success!

This lease proved to be a prime hunting property with Trophy 150+ class Whitetail bucks as well as numerous long beards. While much of Kansas can be difficult to draw for deer, this unit offers great odds in drawing the deer license/tag. This is a 2 bird unit for spring turkey hunts, and these license/tags are available over the counter. We are continuing to build relationships with our adjoining neighbors and farmers in an effort to grow this operation. We are offering both archery and rifle deer hunts for 2018.
