If you don*t already have an account on Trulia,

visit to sign up in seconds.

In the next sections we*ll show you how to add recommendations from current clients along with your advice and

opinions to help build your reputation as a local expert.

2. Add Your Photo

Your profile photo appears not just on your

profile, and in our Find a Pro directory, but also

on your listings, Client Listing Reports,

questions and answers, blog posts, Local Ads

and in Quick Connect, and a missing or poor

quality photo gives the impression that you*re

not a serious agent. Make sure your profile

photo is present and tells the story you want it

to tell.

3. Verify Your Email Address

Make the email address where you want to

send leads your primary address and make

sure it*s correct. You can also connect your

Trulia account to Facebook for easy sharing,

and add additional email addresses to help us

automatically connect your listings to your

account.

Edit your personal information to include your full name,

real estate company, along with the locations that you

serve. Make sure your personal information is complete to

help prospective buyers and sellers find you more easily.

You can also add a link to your website or blog, and create

a personalized Trulia URL that you can easily share. Lastly,

add your phone # and check the box that confirms it*s ok

for people to contact you 每 this will add a prominent lead

form to your profile page.

Manage Your Listings

After completing your profile on Trulia, claim your listings to make sure they are all accounted for, and

that the listing information is correct and comprehensive.

Claim Your Listings

Access the My Listings section of your account. Your listing

may already be claimed for you, but if not, search for your

listings using the property address, MLS ID or your email

address. Once you locate your listing, claim it to add it to

your Trulia account, and to automatically add your contact

information to the property page on Trulia.

If you don*t find your listing on Trulia, you*ll be prompted to

add it to our site. The process is free and easy and your

listing will be live in our search results within fifteen

minutes.

Edit & Enhance Your Listing Information

Once your listing is claimed you can edit it at any time to

correct or update the address, price, details, property

description, status, photos, open house times, and virtual

tour. Review all fields to ensure completeness.

Add additional photos

There*s no limit to the number of photos you can add to

your listing on Trulia, and buyers can sort their results to

show listings with the most photos first, so there*s no

reason to skimp on pictures. You can easily upload them

from your hard drive, or from the web, and you can just

drag and drop to put them in the perfect order.

Update Your Open Home Times

On Trulia buyers can refine their search results to show

open houses scheduled for the present day, upcoming

weekend, or any time in the future. You can add open

houses to one listing at a time, or use Trulia*s open house
