FAILURE TO PARTICIPATE MAY RESULT IN MY APPLICATION NOT BEING ACCEPTED. I will provide the Israel Exchange Program Coordinator with a copy of my valid passport. I agree to permit McGill University to publish my name and photo in a reasonable manner, to promote and celebrate the exchange program. I will not have graduated before the start of the exchange program. I will be returning to McGill for another semester/ year. I agree to register in the course FACC 501 for the winter 2021 term and complete all academic requirements for this course. I am 18 years of age or over. I will pay the regular tuition fee for course FACC 501 to McGill University in the normal manner. I understand that I am solely responsible for determining if I require a visa to travel to Israel and also for obtaining the necessary visa. If a visa is necessary, I will provide a copy to the Israel Exchange Program Coordinator. I agree to pay the $1000 exchange program fee by the deadline if this application is accepted. This fee is over and above the McGill tuition fee for FACC 501 and other McGill related course expenses. The $1000 exchange program fee (not refundable) is to guarantee the student a place in the program, and also to help defray the travel costs. If for any reason the program trip to Israel is cancelled, the $1000 fee will be refunded.
