Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan. Turn off the heat, then add chamomile and let steep for 6-8 minutes. Discard the chamomile. Stir in milk, coconut oil, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, (black pepper) and honey. Re-heat on low heat if needed. Enjoy! (Black pepper increases the bioavailability of the turmeric.). ................
