Spiritual Growth: Practicing Resurrection The Gospel of Mark and Radical Discipleship

Study begins in Mark 14 with the story of a woman who bursts into a gathering of male disciples to anoint Jesus, and to the surprise of the disciples, is resoundingly affirmed. The study incorporates the stories of those on the margins to uncover how the gospel is alive and well today--how God is and always has been calling us to live out the Word in a radical way.

Geographic Study: Women United For Change 150 Years in Mission

We will explore and celebrate the history of United Methodist Women and its predecessor organizations.

Issue Study: What About Our Money? A Faith Response

The focus of this study is both personal and communal. We will explore our own relationship with money, the money choices available to us, and how we individually and collectively respond to economic inequalities in light of our faith.

ChiMiCa Study Marked: A Mission Study with Jesus in the Gospel of Mark The children will join Jesus on an exciting lifelong pilgrimage of discipleship and mission. Facilitator: Pauline Neal For children ages 3 through 5th grade (mature 5th graders may register for YoPeMiCa, if preferred)

YoPeMiCa Study Who Do You Say That I Am? Meeting Jesus Through the Eyes of Mark This study will guide our youth through the Gospel of Mark, helping them to define who Jesus is to them, who he says he is in scripture, and how this impacts how we live our lives. Facilitator: Adam Duell For youth 5th grade through 12 grade. (younger 5th graders may register for ChiMiCa, if preferred)

Email will be used by Registrar to send confirmation. If no email is available, confirmation will be sent via USPS mail. Housing is air-conditioned dorms. Bring your linens (towels, bedding and pillows) to fit extra long twin beds. Meals are cafeteria style with a variety of selections. Registration fee includes Tuesday lunch through Friday lunch. The BIBs Pantry is located at University Heights United Methodist Church. It is sponsored by the church family with more than 20 volunteers. The purpose of BIBs is to assist needy expectant mothers and their

newborns as they are referred to the Pantry through Healthnet Community Health Centers: Better Indy Babies/ Healthy Families
