How to Setup LCD Touch screen on the Raspberry Pi

Step 1: Connecting touch screen LCD display to your Raspberry Pi

Step 2: Download LCD driver image file from here and extract the driver image from the zip file, there are 5 versions for now, plz check your screen version on the back and download the right driver for your Raspberry Pi OS:[pic]

Step 3: Download the Disk Imager utility, such as: Win32 Disk Imager utility and fedora-arm-installer

Step 4: Run the Win32 Disk Imager utility; you may need to run the utility as administrator. Right-click on the file, and select “Run as administrator”.

Step 5: Please unzip the LCD dirver and select the image file “xxxxxx.img” you extracted above, just as the following image:

Step 6: Select the drive letter of the SD card in the device box. Be careful to select the correct drive; if you get the wrong one you can destroy your data on the computer’s hard disk! If you are using an SD card slot in your computer and can’t see the drive in the Win32 Disk Imager window, try using a cheap SD adapter in a USB port.

Step 7: Click Write and wait for the write to complete.

Step 8: Exit the imager and eject the SD card, and now, insert this SD card into your raspberry pi and power it up. You should see the display come alive in a few seconds.
