The Best Delegate Summer Programs are selective and admission will be granted to highly talented students. The Common Application is used to apply for all Best Delegate Summer Programs.

Students may apply for up to two programs. High School Programs are for students entering grades 10, 11, and 12 during the 2013-2014 school year. Middle School Programs are for students entering grades 7, 8, and 9 during the 2013-2014 school year.

To apply, applicants should follow these steps:

1. Complete all sections in this application. Save the completed application to your computer.

2. Attach your completed application to an email. Send the email to commonapp@. In the subject line, please list your first choice campus. (e.g. “Georgetown”, “UC Berkeley”, etc.)

Application deadlines for each program are listed on the next page. Early Decision applicants will be given higher priority for admission. Regular Decision applicants will be admitted depending on availability.

Tuition will be due by the tuition deadlines below for students who are accepted. There is a section on Financial Aid in this application for students who need financial assistance in order to participate.

Once my child is admitted to the program, I understand that tuition will be due by the deposit deadlines as listed on the website. Permission is granted for my child to appear in program photos in future promotional materials.

Furthermore, I understand that I am responsible for transportation to and from the program, any expenses incurred, and to maintain health insurance throughout the program to cover any medical treatments or emergencies that might arise during the program. Any violations of camp regulations may result in immediate dismissal from the program and return transportation expenses will be at the student or parent’s expense with no refunds in housing or other fees.
