The person who qualifies the applicant must be an active dues paying member and be in good standing with Local 328 or with the Local 328 Retiree’s Club. Additionally, students must be enrolled full-time in a degree program at any post-secondary college/university or vocational/technical school. Winners: All winners will be notified by mail no later than June 30, 2020. Winners are required to forward to the union office verification of their Fall 2020 full-time enrollment no later than November 6, 2020. This information can be obtained by contacting your school's Bursar's office (typically after the add/drop period has ended).
