1. Teaching

Four decades of university teaching practice in Austria, Canada, Hungary, and the US. At CEU Business School I designed and delivered new courses in CSR, including a Trans-European Master Course in CSR, in Business Sustainability and recently in Business Ethics. I completely redesigned the Business Ethics course and I teach a core course for MBA and EMBA students “Integrity in Business”.

2. Ph.D. program leader and/or supervisor

In the past two decades I supervised five international students at the Doctoral School of the Department of Environmental Sciences and Policy, CEU; three international students at IISD in Canada; and two Hungarian students at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences; I have been member of the Doctoral Thesis Supervisors Team, Doctoral School of Social and Applied Sciences, Royal Roads University, Victoria, B.C. Canada.

I hold a Ph.D. seminar series at the Doctoral School of the Department of Legal Studies, CEU on CSR since 2011.

3. Training and capacity building

I have more than two decades of training and capacity building practice, and I have developed and delivered trainings in the following fields:

Integrity management, integrity education;

Corporate social responsibility (World Bank Institute certified trainer), corporate sustainability and corporate reporting;

Sustainability planning and evaluation, environmental impact assessment, strategic assessments and reporting.

4. International project management:

I have designed and led many international research and policy planning projects in a variety of settings (ranging from local communities to international agencies and from highly developed countries to developing nations and countries in transition). Since at CEU I have been participating in major European Commission funded research projects (FP6 and FP7), Marie Curie capacity building training projects and Erasmus master programs as consortium member and work package leader. Between 2011 and 2016 I was the leader of a multi-million dollar project on integrity education, funded by the Siemens Integrity Initiative.
