DIRECTIONS TO THE HAND CENTRE

It is best approached from the Herries Road entrance. Make your way up Herries Drive, past outpatient 2 on your left hand side. Carry on up Herries Drive until you see the Yorkshire Ambulance Service office on your right and the Sheffield Kidney Institute building in front of you turn right and the entrance to the Hand Centre is in front of you. For Operations and assessments you need to be on the ground floor. All Outpatient clinics are on the 1st floor this includes Dressing Clinic.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION YOU MAY NEED

CAR PARKING There is a car park on your left hand side as you come into The Herries Road entrance. There is also some parking outside chest clinic to the right. There is some disabled parking on Herries Drive near to the Hand Centre entrance. There is a charge for parking, and clamping is in operation in the hospital grounds.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT The Hospital is on the Northern side of the city, about 3 miles from the city centre and is served by several bus routes. For up to date public transport in South Yorkshire call Travel line on 01709 515151.

BY MEDICAR OR AMBULANCE If you need a Medicar or Ambulance to get to the Hospital, please telephone the number on your letter. This service is not available to all patients, only those with a medical need.

INTERPRETERS If you have difficulty understanding English, please tell a member of staff who will arrange this service.
