Program Benefits

? Improve quality of care and staff safety ? Increase knowledge of infection prevention and control in nursing homes ? Open to any nursing home at no cost. Up to $6000 stipend to nursing homes based on attendance ? Training positions nursing homes for incentive compensation for meeting CMS performance metrics

Program Basics

? Target area: New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont nursing homes ? 90-minute weekly sessions beginning late October-early November ? Weeks 1-16: 3 cohorts of 33-34 LTC facilities each; Participation-based incentive ? Weeks 17-52: 1 session per week with 1 joint cohort (Pending)
