At Team Church, we care about our members' safety and well being. While Team Church is not equipped to care for all of life's challenges, we want to assist people in finding the help they need.

As a leader at Team Church you may find yourself in a position to assist others in finding appropriate resources. The purpose of this guide is to equip you to refer individuals or families that may need a counselor or emergency assistance. The staff of Team Church cares about you as a leader. If you have questions about the guide or have a resource you would like added to the list, please email kristinewood@

CARE MINISTRIES AT TEAM CHURCH

At Team Church, we understand that everyone goes through some challenging times in their lives. We also recognize that God's best is that we walk that journey together, not alone. No one at Team Church should face difficulties by themselves.

For those individuals currently in a small group or on a service team, CARE and support are usually able to be provided by the group. However, there may be times when the care and support needed exceeds the capabilities of the group and its leader. At that point, the leader should use this guide to refer the person to an agency or counselor or contact the Care Ministry Pastor for help and guidance.

If someone is not in a small group or on a service team, then they should be referred to the Team Church office, and our administrator will help them find the right person or agency for their specific care need.
