General Schedule and Visiting Team Members

Subject to change! Team members will decide to spend more time or less time, depending on their need for information. Not all team members will visit all campuses, but all campuses will be visited!

Sunday

March 2

Times vary Team visitors arrive at the Crowne Plaza Hotel

First team meeting

5:15 Reception at the hotel

6:30 Team dinner with Dr. Johnson

Team meeting at the hotel

Monday

March 3

8:30-12:00 Team members go to all campuses; greeted by the Vice Presidents/Provosts

Team members meet with various campus faculty, staff, and

administrators

Dr. Fanelli, Team Chair, meets with Dr. Johnson

Dr. Fanelli has lunch with members of the Board of Trustees

Team members have lunch at campus cafeterias

12:00 Open Forums at all campuses- all College community members invited

1:00-5:00 Team members interview individuals whom they have identified based on the Self-Study Standards they have been assigned

Dr. Fanelli meets with the Self-Study Steering Committee

Team members review supporting documents in the Mannakee Team Room

5:00 Depart for hotel; team dinner at hotel; team meeting; starting to write their

their reports

Tuesday

March 4

8:30-5:00 Team members go to various places; some to campuses and WDCE; some

to Mannakee to meet with various individuals and groups. Examples

include: Academic Assembly, General Education, representatives of

unions, academic administrators, Academic Regulations, faculty and staff

representatives, Dr. Johnson, and other administrators

Team members review supporting documents in the Mannakee Team Room.

5:00- ? Depart for hotel; dinner at hotel; team meeting; finish writing their

reports; Team Chair compiles the final report and prepares his oral report

Wednesday

March 5

9:15 Dr. Fanelli, chair of visiting team, briefs Dr. Johnson on team’s findings

10:00 Performing Arts Center, Rockville

Chair’s Oral Report to the College

College community encouraged to attend.

11:00 Team departs
