Partnerships are everything.

The United Benefit Advisors (UBA) and Employee Benefits Corporation partnership offers fee discounts to our mutual clients for many services. This fee schedule provides the pricing available to partner firms as part of our partnership agreement. For each service offered to UBA member firms, a universal proposal is provided.

A $50 monthly minimum applies per product

Fees assume an employer paid model and are applicable for any size groups. All fees are net of commissions to the member firms. Commissions can be added at the member firm's discretion and must be communicated to Employee Benefits Corporation at the time of sale. Individual proposals, pricing considerations, and broker paid pricing models can be made available on a case by case basis at the request of the member firm.

Versatile cafeteria plan with options for premium only and flexible spending account (FSA) administration services for Health Care and Dependent Care.

FSA administration pricing includes an electronic model with the Benefits Card, direct deposit, and auto-debited fees. Paper options are available for an additional charge.

A premium only plan (POP) allows employers to withhold health plan premiums on a pre-tax basis from their participants' payroll checks.

Health savings account with triple tax savings and investment opportunities for participants and cost-savings capabilities for employers.
