Debtor(s) request that the court waive the requirements of 11 U.S.C. § 1328(g)(1).
TAKE NOTICE that any response, return, and/or objection to this motion must be filed with the Court no later than 14 days from the service date set forth below. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that no hearing will be held on this motion, except at the direction of the judge, unless a response, return, and/or objection is filed, in which case the court will conduct a hearing on _____________, ___ at __________________________________, ______________, South Carolina.
