Important Benefits Announcement

Great news!

On March 10, 2014, we’re rolling out new services that will make it easier for you to manage your consumer-driven health plan, such as flexible spending accounts.

These features are coming soon to make managing your benefits as easy as 1-2-3:

1. An easy-to-use Consumer Portal will allow secure, 24/7 access to your accounts through the existing UMR member portal. Use it to:

• Check your up-to-the-minute plan balances

• View all plan, claims and payment details

• File claims and submit receipts online

• View upcoming reimbursements

• Order new or report lost/stolen debit cards

• Review explanation of benefits (EOB) statements with a new look and feel, allowing you to easily understand the processing of your claim

• And much more

2. A handy Mobile Application (UMR Consumer Driven Health) will become available during 2014 and will allow you to:

• Manage your account on your iPhone®, iPod Touch®, iPad® or

Android®-powered device

• Access check balances, view account activity and submit claims

• Submit receipts using your device’s camera

Please note, you will need to log in to your FSA consumer portal on the UMR

Web site prior to downloading the app or attempting to log in for the first time.

3. Automated statements and notifications will be accessible via e-mail, the consumer portal and mail (when necessary).

• You may continue to use the debit card you use today without interruption.

• Individual documentation request letters will be sent in lieu of debit card statement notifications.

• All debit card activity can now be viewed and monitored on .
