the cities that are being served. It is important that the

current demographic, social and economic patterns which

may assist or with planning and implementation of different

community programs.

Of the ten most populous cities in the U.S, Houston ranks

fourth after New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. Houston

experienced a 8% increase in population between 2010 and
