Minister Called To Salem Baptist

The Rev. Charles H. Snider, 32, is the new minister of education and youth at Salem Baptist Church.

This represents the fourth time he has served under the new pastor of Salem, the Rev. E. C. Sheehan.

Snider comes here from South Dalton Baptist Church in Dalton, Ga., where he served in education and music for nine months. Sheehan was called from South Dalton to succeed Dr. Charles Stevens upon his "retirement at Salem Baptist Church.

Snider also has worked with Sheehan at Mikado Baptist Church in Macon, Ga., and at Alameda

Baptist Church in. Corpus Christi, Tex.

A native of Lexington, Snider is the son of Mrs. Sara Snider of Lexington and the late June Snider.

!"'is married to the former Tamra Heitman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David L. Heitman. of Lexington. The Sniders have four boys: Teddy, 11; David, 10 ; Andy, 4, and Timmy, 3.
