Item 1 INFO ITEM ? Project Status City staff will provide an update on the Community Plan Update. Staff will also provide an overview of the purpose of this meeting and the expected takeaways for attendees, subcommittee members, and staff. Presenters: City Staff

Item 2 INFO ITEM ? Adopted Land Use - Housing City staff will provide an overview of the adopted land use as it relates to housing. Presenters: Katie Witherspoon, AICP

Item 3 INFO ITEM ? Mobility Corridor Survey Feedback City staff will review the results of the Mobility Corridor Survey. Presenters: Katie Witherspoon, AICP

Item 4 INFO ITEM ? Urban Design ? Context & Building Typologies City staff and consultant team will provide an overview of the historic pattern of urban design in University spanning the last decades with a focus on the context of change and development. Diego will elaborate on building typologies and how urban form integrates with the landscape of the University Community Area. This presentation will identify areas within University which are applicable to this conversation. Discussion will occur at several points throughout the presentation.
