Every student must choose a concentration and complete an internship within that concentration

The Leadership and Social Change concentration prepares social work professionals to advance their careers by enhancing their competencies in the human services management, grant writing, policy advocacy, and other areas of macro practice.

includes a one semester internship. LSC students are able to take all required courses online.

? The Leadership and Social Change Traditional program is a total of 72 credit hours. This program

incorporates the foundation coursework and a two semester internship for those without a Bachelor of Social Work degree from a Council on Social Work Education accredited program.

Policy and research courses are taught as fully online courses with weekly evening collaborate sessions. Practice courses are designed as hybrid courses with online learning and face to face sessions on the weekend.
