President of the Boosters Club, 1986-1989. The financial entity of the three volunteer fire companies which raises all monies and purchases equipment as needed.

Secretary of Firemen’s Relief Association, 1985-1990. The elected body which controls state monies provided for protective equipment and insurance for the three volunteer fire companies.

President of Uniontown Ambulance Corps, 1989-1990. Managed a progressive, growing combination career/volunteer advanced life support rescue squad.
