Role Purpose

Assists leads and managers of performance improvement/transformation project portfolios in order to accomplish measurable business process improvements. Employs performance improvement/transformation methodology, tools, and techniques in organizational operations in order to accomplish business objectives that improve the effectiveness and quality of healthcare. Works with quality and performance improvement professionals in the planning, designing and accomplish of key projects.

Responsibilities

?Manages and provides consultation and support to improvement teams, functions, and departments related to transfor-

mation and performance improvement initiatives.

?Assists leaders of performance improvement and transformation project portfolios in order to accomplish measurable busi-

ness process improvements.

?Works with all current hospital information systems and medical records to collect data needed for Patient Safety, Infection

Control and Best in Class Scorecard indicators.

?Utilizes performance improvement and transformation methodology, tools and techniques in organizational operations in

order to accomplish business objectives.

?Ensures that the hospital meets all data reporting requirements and keeps the executive staff informed on all new reporting

requirements or problem areas.

Minimum Requirements

Degree

? Bachelor's Degree

- Business/related Experience

? 2-5 years

Supervisor Experience

? No Experience Preferred Requirements

Degree

? Master's Degree

- Business/HC Admin/related Experience

? 5-10 years

Supervisor Experience

? < 2 years

Licenses & Certifications

? CPHQ ? Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt ? Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt ? RN
