Yours should look exactly like the sample. List advanced placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB) and other courses with grades of S, U, P, W, WF, Audit, Exempt, etc., regardless of where taken, at the top of the worksheet. Put the course prefix and number, course title, the grade and the hours earned as listed on your AU Transcript.List biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics courses on the BCPM side of the worksheet in chronological order, using the AMCAS Course Classification Guide to decide which courses belong in this category. Do not separate courses taken at other colleges from Auburn courses. List course prefixes and numbers, course titles, grades, quality hours and quality points for the transfer courses exactly as they are listed on the transfer transcripts. List course prefixes and numbers, course titles, grades, quality hours and quality points for courses taken at Auburn exactly as they are listed on the Auburn University Unofficial Transcript. List non-science courses on the right side of the worksheet under the All Other Courses heading, using the same directions provided in Item 5 to decide which courses belong in the category and how to list the courses. Follow the same directions to list a gapped course in either the BCPM or the All Other Courses section; do not list gapped courses in the top section of the worksheet. List the grade as shown on the transfer transcript or Auburn transcript (XF or XD) and include the hours and points you would have earned without using the gap. An F earns zero points; a D earns one point per course hour so a three-hour course would earn 3 points.Add the numbers in the BCPM Hours column then add the numbers in the BCPM Points column to calculate total BCPM hours and total BCPM points; divide total BCPM points by total BCPM hours to calculate the BCPM GPA then round the GPA to 2 decimal places. Use the same directions to complete the calculations for the All Other Courses section. (The template will do the calculations but check them yourself, too).Add total BCPM points and total All Other points to calculate total undergraduate points. Add total BCPM hours plus total All Other hours to calculate the total undergraduate hours. Divide total undergraduate points by total undergraduate hours to calculate the Undergraduate GPA. (The template will do the calculations but check them yourself, too).Save a copy of the worksheet. Compare every section to the sample worksheet before printing and submitting it.12.
