AGC GOLF Tournaments

Are you ready to Golf?

The AGC Annual Golf Tournaments are taking place this year in Anchorage on June 15th at Moose Run Golf Course and in Fairbanks on July 13th and we would like your support. Here are some ways for your company to get involved in Anchorage:

1. Sponsor the Golf Tournament. Sponsorships that are currently available in Anchorage include: Cart Sponsors (your name on 4 golf carts) for $250 Hole Sponsors for $350 Education Fund for $500 Food Sponsor for $500 Closest to the Pin for $500 Cash donation for goodie bag prizes for $250

2. Volunteer to help out during the tournaments. Do you have a staff member who could help out at the Golf Courses either hole watching or participating at one of the activities we'll have on the course?

3. Donate Door Prizes or Goody Bag Items We love to give our golfers door prizes. So if you have something you'd like to donate, or put into our golf goody bag (180 each in Anchorage & Fairbanks), please drop it by the AGC offices or call for a pickup. (What a great advertising opportunity.)

AGC of Alaska Agency Day & Spring Board Meeting

Thursday, April 19th & Friday, April 20th

The AGC Fairbanks Agency Day and Spring Board Membership Meeting is an annual two-day event which brings together AGC's Interior Alaska members for updates from local and state Agencies and AGC priorities. Between these days of meetings is the popular Spring Kickoff Party where members meet to reconnect and celebrate the beginning of the construction season.

This year's Spring Kickoff Party will be held at the Fountainhead Antique Auto Museum on April 19th from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. All AGC members and guests welcome!

Alaska State Transportation Innovation Council (STIC) Innovation Project ? FY18 Applications now available!

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADOT&PF) is now taking applications for FY18 STIC Innovation Incentive projects. The following criteria should be considered: Does your project improve a safety concern or stimulate economic growth? Does your project support cost savings or efficiency project delivery? Does your project have a high likelihood to improve the way we do business or foster a culture of innovation? Is your impact narrow or widespread? Does the proposal include matching funds beyond the 20% requirement?
