|WELCOME TO TTMS |

Terex Talent Management System (TTMS) is an online talent management tool that delivers a formalized and rigorous process around team member performance & development in a single, centralized location. These processes include:

1. Objective Setting

2. Performance & Development Reviews

3. Salary Planning

When Team Members are added to TTMS, a Welcome to the Terex Talent Management System email is sent with your login information.

First step:

This message will include how to login to TTMS,

and ask you to 1) Complete your Personal Profile, and 2) Create Performance Objectives within the first 60-90 days at Terex.

TTMS Link:

To Log on to TTMS:

1. Use the URL above or click the Access link included in the Welcome email you received. The TTMS link can also be found on the Terex Intranet/Functions/Human Resources.

2. Type your Username, and Password. (Note, the format for typing your username is First.Lastname and is case sensitive.)

3. If you forgot your password, click on “forgot my password” after you type in your username and the system will email it to you (as long as you type your username correctly).

|Tabs at the top |

The tabs at the top provide easy navigation to other processes in TTMS. Each tab has sub-tabs that include Help & Tutorials where you can find training materials and resources specific to the process.

The Home tab is the gateway to all activity.

Navigating Home:

a. Welcome Board displays messages posted by the TTMS Administrator.

b. My Objectives window provides a convenient shortcut to your objectives. Click on the objective name to go to your objective plan.

c. Directory is used to find information on a Team Member contact information in TTMS. Enter a name and click Go.

d. To-Do List includes activities ready for you to work on, and can include reminders. An active link is an activity you can click on to begin. A Reminder may have a “Done” button for you to click to indicate a task is completed.

Help & Tutorials stores helpful Tools, Training Brainsharks and Quick References. Help & Tutorial can be found under each tab.

Objectives tab is where your business and personal development objectives are created, updated and maintained. From your objectives tab you can search and view another team member’s ‘public’ objectives.

Performance Forms tab stores all performance review forms that are in progress, en route or completed.

Org Chart is where you can view your organization and search for other hierarchal organizations in TTMS.

► Directory (a sub-tab under Org Chart) lets you find contact information on other Team Members in TTMS.

My Team Member File is where your Profile and background information is entered & maintained. Also accessible is your Scorecard, Notes and History.

Additional Tabs At The Top For Managers Only:

Compensation tab stores compensation forms used for salary planning and includes salary, bonus & budget information for your team.

Reports tab includes visual graphics and analytical spreadsheet reports about team member objectives, performance, potential & succession data.

► Dashboard is a visual graphic of statistical information about your team - i.e. Status of objective setting and the performance review process.

► Analytics provide in-depth spreadsheet reports about team members and key processes. Reports can be downloaded to Excel.

Options is where you change your password, change the screen to a different language.

Logout link allows you to exit from the program.

Admin link, (HR Managers Only), gives access to the administration tools to manage users, accounts, and documents.

…COACHING ADVISOR offers practical suggestions to managers and team members for developing each competency critical to their role – refer to the terex Leadership Competency Model. Click Coaching Advisor located under Help & Tutorials on the Home page. Select the Competency to begin.

…Terex Leadership Competency Model displays the critical competencies that an individual, manager and executive needs to be skilled in. Managers and team members should review these competencies and determine the top 3 competency strengths and development areas. The model is located under Help & Tutorials on the Home page.

…writing assistant offers thousands of writing samples to help you provide detailed narrative feedback in performance documents. Click Writing Assistant located under Help & Tutorials on the Home page.

Click Writing Assistant for any competency to display the writing samples for that competency.
