York is the Recruiting Flight Commander, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 475 at the University of New Hampshire. Lt York was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and commissioned into the Air Force from the United States Air Force Academy in 2013. Lieutenant York is an Intelligence Officer. He graduated from the Intelligence Officer Technical School in 2015 and was assigned to Nellis AFB, Nevada. He spent his next 18 months of active duty as the Officer in Charge of Targets for Exercise RED FLAG at Nellis AFB, where he worked closely with both USAF and coalition aircrews. In 2016, Lt York graduated from the Air Force Intelligence Initial and Mission Qualification Courses for Combat Rescue, proceeding to lead intelligence support tothe US Air Force’s only human-based weapon system.
